Sprint, NY Put FCA Case On Hold But Keep Meter Running

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 2:22 PM ET) -- New York's case claiming Sprint Nextel Corp. violated the state's false claims statute by dodging sales tax applicable to flat-rate calling plans will be stayed pending an expedited appeal, but the tab will be running on interest for which Sprint ultimately could be liable.
