Ex-NJ School Official Claims District Wanted Biased Hirings

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 6:07 PM ET) -- A one-time security chief for the nearly 10,300-student Perth Amboy School District in New Jersey has launched a discrimination lawsuit against his former employer, claiming school leaders wanted him to hire less qualified Hispanic job seekers.
