Judge Dismisses Claims In E-Lynxx's $50M Patent Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2013, 4:22 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Thursday dismissed claims in a $50 million lawsuit accusing InnerWorkings Inc., Cirqit.com Inc. and others of infringing patents for products that help choose the lowest bidder from a variety of vendors, citing the patents' claims construction.
