CMS' Anti-Fraud Push Targets Providers In Fla., Texas

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 7:28 PM ET) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is banning certain home health providers and ambulance suppliers in Miami, Chicago and Houston from enrolling in Medicare and Medicaid through its first-ever moratoria aimed at stamping out fraud in high-abuse areas, the agency said Friday.
