Feds Switch Sides In US Steel's High Court Wage Case

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 8:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Solicitor General urged the nation's highest court Friday to uphold a Seventh Circuit ruling that nixed a putative donning-and-doffing collective action brought by U.S. Steel workers, even though the U.S. Department of Labor had backed the workers in a 2011 appeals court brief.
