'Real Housewives Of New Jersey' Stars Hit With Fraud Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (July 29, 2013, 3:39 PM ET) -- Two stars of the Bravo reality show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" have been accused of lying on loan applications, committing bankruptcy fraud and failing to file tax returns, according to an indictment returned Monday by a New Jersey grand jury.

The 39-count indictment charges Teresa Giudice and her husband, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, both of Towaco, N.J., with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, bankruptcy fraud and failure to file tax returns. The Giudices have appeared...
