Future Claims Rep Sanctioned In American West Ch. 11

Law360, Chicago (July 29, 2013, 7:43 PM ET) -- A Nevada bankruptcy judge on Friday revoked the appointment of the future claims representative in the bankruptcy case of now-reorganized American West Development Inc. over disclosure violations for which the representative and his law firm had already forfeited their fees.
