Costco Wants State Claims Kept Alive In CRT Antitrust Row

Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and others asked a California federal judge Monday to save legal claims brought under various states' antitrust laws in their class action alleging collusion among makers of cathode ray tubes forced them to pay more for consumer electronics.
