Prosecutors Win Guilty Plea In Ahold-Related Case

Law360, New York (November 28, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- On the same day as Dutch retailer Royal Ahold NV settled a shareholder class-action suit for $1.1 billion, a sales manager at a Pennsylvania supermarket vendor pled guilty in Manhattan federal court to a conspiracy charge in connection with Ahold’s alleged multimillion-dollar accounting fraud.

Robert Henuset, a sales manager at Crowley Foods LLC in Yardley, Pa., pled guilty to one count of conspiracy at a hearing before U.S. District Jed S. Rakoff at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
