Revstone Creditors Buck Hiring Of Jacobs, Much Shelist

Law360, Wilmington (July 29, 2013, 8:17 PM ET) -- The creditors committee in the Revstone Industries LLC bankruptcy case objected late Friday to the company hiring law firms Much Shelist PC and Jacobs Associates, arguing that it's not clear who they'll be working for, and whether their retentions would create a conflict of interest.
