Starbucks Beats Cancer Warning Claim Under Calif. Law

Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2013, 9:53 PM ET) -- Starbucks Corp. and other retailers scored a victory Tuesday when a California judge denied a nonprofit's bid to find the companies violated state cancer warning laws and ruled that a jury should determine whether the levels of a carcinogen in their coffee are dangerous.
