County Filed Courthouse Construction Suit Too Late: NJ Court

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 6:17 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel Tuesday refused to revive a suit filed by officials from Cumberland County, N.J., against Gilbane Building Co. for alleged negligence in supervising a renovation of the county’s courthouse, saying the county’s filing wasn’t timely.
