Dreyer's Cites 4th Circ. Ruling In NLRB Bargaining Unit Fight

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 7:53 PM ET) -- A recent Fourth Circuit ruling on recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board shows that the board can't prevail in a battle with Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Co. stemming from the NLRB's approval of a bargaining unit the company claimed was too narrow, Nestle said Tuesday.
