Analyst Charged With Tipping SAC On Microsoft, Yahoo Deal

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A former equity research analyst has been arrested and charged with feeding inside information to SAC Capital Advisors LP about the 2009 unveiling of the Web search partnership between Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc., federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
