IRG Brokerage Beats Claims It Sold Fake Health Insurance

Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2013, 9:18 PM ET) -- A putative class that claimed it bought fake health insurance from IRG Brokerage LLC was spurned by a New York federal judge Monday when the judge tossed its racketeering class action, saying the plaintiffs didn’t sufficiently allege they were lied to about health coverage.
