Kodak CEO To Stay On After Bankruptcy To Find Successor

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 1:17 PM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. CEO Antonio M. Perez will remain at the helm of the company for a year after its planned emergence from Chapter 11 while a replacement is found, the company said in a Tuesday filing in New York bankruptcy court.
