UK Arrests 4 In Connection With Insider Trading Probe

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 1:17 PM EDT) -- The U.K.’s financial services regulator on Wednesday said four people have been arrested in London and are being held for questioning in connection with an insider trading and market abuse investigation.

The Financial Conduct Authority, with the assistance of the Metropolitan Police Service, said it executed search warrants on Wednesday morning in West London. Three men, aged 29, 51 and 56, and one 25-year-old woman are currently in custody, according to the FCA.
