Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 2:50 PM EDT) -- Billionaire Li Ka-shing, who controls Hutchison Whampoa Ltd., is seeking between $3 billion and $4 billion for supermarket chain ParknShop up for sale, and private equity titan KKR & Co. could make a takeover play, Bloomberg reported late Tuesday. The New York firm is speaking with banks about financing for a potential deal, but has not yet decided to lob a bid.
