Digitech Camera Patent Claims Ruled Invalid

Law360, Los Angeles (July 31, 2013, 8:35 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday declared invalid all asserted claims in Digitech Image Technologies LLC's patent infringement suits against Fujifilm Corp., Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. and two other Japanese camera companies over a digital camera patent, saying the claims are unpatentable.
