Sandy Mediation Sees Modest Turnout But Promising Results

Law360, New York (August 02, 2013, 7:32 PM ET) -- New Jersey has seen smaller than expected participation in a mediation program that it created to help policyholders and insurers resolve Superstorm Sandy claims, but a success rate of nearly 70 percent among filed cases shows the program's value, according to state Department of Banking and Insurance Commissioner Ken Kobylowski.
