Hudson Pacific Drops $106M On Seattle Amazon Office Tower

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm Spear Street Capital has flipped a Seattle office tower that is mostly leased to Inc. for $106.4 million to Hudson Pacific Properties Inc., netting significantly more than what it paid to take over the property last year, according to city documents filed Wednesday.

Hudson Met Park North LLC completed the deal with Spear Street Capital unit 1220 Howell LLC, which nabbed the building last year in a foreclosure proceeding through a deed in lieu transaction worth $61 million, according to King County...
