GrayRobinson Atty Named To Judicial Nominating Commission

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott announced Wednesday that he has appointed Richard E. “Rick” Mitchell, a commercial litigator and shareholder at GrayRobinson PA in Orlando, to the Fifth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission.

Mitchell fills a vacancy on the commission for a three-year term that took effect Wednesday and ends July 1, 2016, according to the governor’s office.
