Indicted Texas Judge Charged With Felony Perjury

Law360, Houston (August 01, 2013, 6:21 PM ET) -- A Texas judge fighting abuse of office charges was arrested for the third time in as many months Wednesday, on criminal perjury charges stemming from testimony he gave during a hearing in a child custody case brought by his ex-wife.
