Calif. Appeals Court Upholds $6M Award Against Inquest

Law360, Los Angeles (August 1, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday upheld a $6 million jury award to a contractor who alleged electronics company Inquest Technology Inc. improperly denied him commissions, saying the contract clearly outlined the terms of the contractor's business relationship with the company.
