Enzo, ABI Lose New Trial Bids After $49M DNA Patent Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (August 02, 2013, 10:38 PM ET) -- A Connecticut federal judge Thursday denied plaintiffs' and defendants' requests for a new trial in a patent infringement dispute over whether Applied Biosystems Inc. infringed Enzo Biochem Inc.’s DNA sequencing systems, a fight that ended in a $48.6 million verdict for Enzo.
