Atty Asks Justices To Revive 'Litigation Espionage' Suit

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A California attorney who claims his privacy and intellectual property rights were breached when another lawyer forwarded a critical one-sentence Internet posting to another party has brought his case to the U.S. Supreme Court, blasting the unauthorized sharing as “litigation espionage.”
