Gov't Hits Back Against Microsoft Over Motorola Import Ban

Law360, Los Angeles (August 2, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Friday fired back against Microsoft Corp.’s bid for a preliminary injunction in a suit brought against U.S. Customs and Border Protection alleging the agency is violating a court order by allowing Motorola Mobility LLC to continue importing devices that infringe Microsoft’s patent.
