ITC Judge Backs Canon, Acer In Flash Reader Patent Fight

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 7:54 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge has found in favor of Canon Inc., Acer Inc. and others accused of selling electronics that infringed Technology Properties Ltd. LLC patents related to flash memory card readers, according to a notice Friday.
