Quick Appeal Denied In Fridge Compressor Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge overseeing class actions alleging manufacturers fixed prices for refrigerant compressors denied some plaintiffs' bid for an immediate appeal of a prior ruling that dismissed various state-law antitrust and consumer protection claims from the litigation, ruling Monday it could unnecessarily delay resolution of the case.
