EPA Finalizes Relaxed Emissions Rules For Oil, Gas Storage

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday finalized loosened emissions rules for oil and gas storage tanks, which extend the deadlines for compliance with the agency’s emission standards to April 2014 and April 2015.
