Archer Daniels Squirrels Away $54M For FCPA Deals

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Archer Daniels Midland Co. has set aside $54 million to resolve Foreign Corrupt Practices Act probes of the commodities trading corporation and food processor by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice, $29 million more than it had previously estimated, the company said Tuesday.
