GAO Backs Booz Allen's IRS Contract In IT Co.'s Protest

Law360, New York (August 07, 2013, 1:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Monday shot down an information technology company's protest of the Internal Revenue Service's cancellation of a support services contract, finding the agency was justified in handing a similar, temporary contract to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. before it shifts the work in-house.
