Former Execs Sue Morgans For $18M After Dissident Win

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Two executives of a Las Vegas nightlife company on Monday sued Morgans Hotel Group Inc. for more than $18 million they claim they are owed after a dissident shareholder seized control of the company in June.

Andrew Sasson and Andy Masi, who run a Las Vegas hospitality company owned by Morgans, say they were owed a change-of-control payment when OTK Associates LLC, Morgans' biggest shareholder, seized control of the company's board in June.
