Timeline Stretched For Revstone Unit's Ch. 11 Sale

Law360, Wilmington (August 07, 2013, 5:04 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge said he would give the go-ahead Wednesday to the procedures for a $25 million stalking horse sale by Revstone Industries LLC's bankrupt affiliate Metavation LLC, but not on as tight a timetable as the company would have liked.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan L. Shannon extended the sale's calendar, scheduling a sale approval hearing for Aug. 30, one week after the date the company had requested, and also dealt Metavation another minor setback by denying its motion to have the case jointly administered...
