Pittsburgh's Suit Over UPMC Tax Status Sent To State Court

Law360, Philadelphia (August 07, 2013, 2:27 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday sent Pittsburgh's lawsuit challenging the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's tax-free status back to state court, despite UPMC's arguments that the suit violated its Fourteenth Amendment rights.
