Pa. McDonald's Wouldn't Pay Wages With Checks, Worker Says

Law360, Philadelphia (August 7, 2013, 6:24 PM EDT) -- The plaintiff in a putative class action accusing a Pennsylvania McDonald’s franchisee of illegally paying workers with fee-laden debit cards said in state court Monday that she only received a check for her wages after filing her suit, refuting claims that the restaurant didn’t force employees to accept the cards.
