Olive Oil Co. Can't Get Mislabeling Suits Centralized In NY

Law360, Chicago (August 07, 2013, 2:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Tuesday rejected Kangadis Food Inc.'s bid to have two putative class actions accusing it of misbranding its Capatriti olive oil centralized in New York federal court, saying doing so would not necessarily promote efficiency.
