Fla. Appeals Court Won't Rehear $28.8M Pentagon Oil Suit

Law360, Miami (August 7, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court Wednesday denied a request for rehearing and reaffirmed an earlier decision upholding a $28.8 million jury verdict against an oil company and several individuals who allegedly withheld U.S. Department of Defense oil contract profits from a former business partner.
