$9M Naked Juice Settlement Gets Judge's Go-Ahead

Law360, New York (August 08, 2013, 4:24 PM ET) -- Brushing aside objections to a $3.1 million attorneys' fees award, a California judge on Wednesday approved a proposed $9 million settlement in a class action accusing PepsiCo Inc.'s Naked Juice Co. of misleading consumers about the "all natural" content of its products.
