Shareholders Settle Suit Over $665M Duff & Phelps Buyout

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 4:40 PM EDT) -- Investment bank Duff & Phelps Corp. revealed more information about a $665.5 million buyout by a group of private equity firms and will pay $500,000 in attorneys fees to settle a pair of shareholder lawsuits, according to a settlement filed Tuesday.
