11th Circ. Revives Suit Over Geico's Exam Rule

Law360, Miami (August 8, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday reversed a district court's dismissal of a class action that claimed Geico General Insurance Co. violated Florida law by denying a Florida woman's personal injury protection claim on the grounds she did not submit to an examination under oath.
