Credit Agricole Loses Bid To Move $34M Lehman Swap Suit

Law360, New York (August 08, 2013, 8:27 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday refused Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank’s bid to move a lawsuit brought by Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. over $34 million in swap transactions out of bankruptcy court, finding that interpreting the bankruptcy code is at the heart of the dispute.
