Paralegal Sues Bankruptcy Firm Over Wrongful Termination

Law360, New York (August 09, 2013, 2:58 PM ET) -- A former paralegal for Simon Resnik & Hayes LLP on Thursday hit the firm with a wrongful termination lawsuit, alleging the California bankruptcy law firm forced her to work through lunch, didn't pay her overtime and ultimately fired her when she objected to its policies.
