Expedia, Booking.com Offer UK Watchdog Antitrust Fixes

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Booking.com BV, Expedia Inc. and InterContinental Hotels Group PLC have offered to allow travel websites to offer discounts on hotel rates in order to settle claims from British antitrust officials that the companies had an agreement that effectively fixed prices on online hotel bookings, a U.K. antitrust watchdog said Friday.
