Fashion Co. Connaught Resolves WARN Class Action

Law360, New York (August 09, 2013, 3:42 PM ET) -- High-end fashion retailer Connaught Group Ltd. on Thursday reached a deal with a class of former workers who claimed they were not given adequate notice under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act that they would lose their jobs when the company went bankrupt last year.
