Ex-Siemens Manager Alleges Sex, Ethnicity Bias In Firing

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A former financial audit manager for Siemens Corp. has sued the company in New Jersey state court, alleging that as an older Asian female, she was given poor work reviews based on her ethnicity, sex and age, and was terminated for complaining about it.
