Trade Secrets Suit Against Microsoft Heads To Trial

Law360, New York (February 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss trade secrets claims brought by a Symantec Corp. subsidiary against Microsoft Corp., allowing the case to head to a jury trial.
