Hunter Wise Execs Can't Halt CFTC's Trading Scheme Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 1:41 PM EDT) -- Two Hunter Wise Commodities LLC executives on Friday lost their bid to stay the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s suit over an alleged $46 million commodity trading scheme while they appeal the agency’s jurisdiction, as a Florida federal judge found the interlocutory action shows no likelihood of success.
