Gay Marriage Plaintiffs Say NJ Is Shifting Blame For Inequality

Law360, New York (August 09, 2013, 10:40 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs challenging New Jersey’s civil union law filed a brief Friday blasting the state’s arguments against same-sex marriage, saying the state is discriminating against same-sex couples while trying to shift the blame onto the federal government.
