Simpson Thacher Reps Pinnacle In $580M Wish-Bone Deal

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 12:00 PM EDT) -- New Jersey packaged food company Pinnacle Foods Inc. said on Monday it will buy salad dressings business Wish-Bone from Unilever PLC for $580 million, adding a slew of liquid and dry-mix flavors to its existing brands in a deal the company expects to quickly net considerable earnings.
